I provided evidence to Arc legal of a legal matter we wished to pursue through our TSB legal cover and even although it would have been a cut and dried case in relation to a breach of the Equality Act 2010, we were refused by Arc Legal, even although we sought the opinion of a very large well respected solicitors, who advised we had a very good case as everything was backed up by email evidence.
I wouldn't recommend Arc Legal. Poor Service
