They are the worst company I have ever come across. Their engineer made an incorrect decision regarding a drain pipe, claiming it was the responsibility of the water board. However, when the water board came out, they confirmed that it was actually the homeowner’s responsibility. The insurance company was reluctant to assist, so I had to hire a private company to resolve the issue. Despite this, they refused to reimburse the money I paid and denied making any mistake, instead trying to come up with silly excuses. Please stay away—this insurance isn’t worth the paper the documents are printed on. It’s all a load of rubbish.
