They gave incredibly subpar service. I could not remove my money. When my transfer was lost, I ran into an issue with them. I submitted a support ticket, but I never heard from them and was unable to receive my money returned. I never got any response from customer service during the entire procedure. They, S I M O N C H and their private, made sure that everything was recovered for me.
