We have had similar issues to others on here, vastly over inflated prices, huge wait times. But to be fair, we did receive responses to emails (albeit saying they would let us know when delivery was scheduled) and delivery eventually arrived (2 months after we ordered it). We were beginning to worry that the £800 is pounds we have pre paid them would be lost to a non delivery. Delivery driver was very polite and apologised for delays, saying this was partly due to problems getting drivers and partly due to supply problems (apparently the manufacturers often sell overseas for a higher profit). Feels like the government should be managing this better.
