I had looked at several competitors' sites and the Best4Frames interface was easily the most flexible and easy to use, and the range of options was impressive. The end result was spot-on in terms of quality, and the use of a decent courier (DPD) ensured prompt delivery with great communication. The only minor things I'd have liked to see were some online way of tracking progress of the job, and/or communication of information on likely timescales.
