Can't compare to other schools; I don't have the experience nor do I tend to. Here are suggestions: 1. Be more upfront about your fees. Why not let people know before they start the course that students will have to contact the courts to verify completion of the course but that BOTS can do it for them at extra cost and provide that cost? 2. Don't repeat the same information at the end of the couse that was provided in the beginning of the course, it's confusing (didn't we already go over this topic). If you feel it's necessary, keep numeric data consistant in how it's presented. 3. Improve email notifications. I was sent more than one email notifying me that I had yet to completed the course when in fact I had.
