My experience thus far has been really positive. As a first time buyer, it's great to be able to have someone on the other end of the phone, happy to answer any questions- Mark has been tremendously helpful. Their flexible opening hours have also been incredibly useful- I don't always have time to contact on weekdays, since I'm a teacher so the fact that they're open on weekends too is a dream!
