It was absolutely a nightmare with “buy fencing direct”. I bought fence panels and poles from them. The quality was very poor to start with. When I made a complaint with them, they’ve agreed to have someone to collect them and provide a refund afterwards. A couple of days later I was told I need to pay £30 otherwise no one can come to collect. 3wks later finally someone came to collect, but no news on refund. After numeral calls, I was told I need to pay £100 for the collection! I have contacted their customer support several time since then to complain about this, however their attitude was beyond rude. And so far I still haven’t got any of my money back! Such a rip off... Be careful, don’t ever buy from this company.
