It was absolutely a nightmare with “buy fencing direct”. I bought fence panels and poles from them. The quality was very poor to start with. When I made a complaint with them, they’ve agreed to have someone to collect them and provide a full refund afterwards. A couple of days later I was told I need to pay £30 otherwise no one can come to collect. 3wks later finally someone came to collect, but no news on refund. After numeral calls, I was told I need to pay £100 for the collection! I have contacted their customer support several time since then to complain about this, however their attitude was beyond rude. The lady called Sarah was shouting at me, and didn’t even allow me to finish my sentence! And so far I still haven’t got any of my money back! Such a rip off...
