In the past week had a problem fitting replacement cartridges to my newish printer, this was down to my own stupidity. I contacted CW and insisted the cartridges were the wrong ones. Amelia and Gavin were extremely patient with me, but agreed to refund the cost. However, I tried again to fit the cartridges and realised what I was doing wrong - the cartridges are fine. I apologised to CW.
I have used their products on different printers and always found them excellent.
