NEVER buy from Cettire. Upon returning an item to Cettire, they refused to refund the taxes and duties. In my opinion, this borders on theft, as these are not theirs to keep - taxes and duties go to the government, and every online retailer I've purchased from thus far has procedures to refund these upon the return of product. I ultimately filed a dispute with my credit card and was successful.
