Awful company to deal with. I purchased a camera package which included a helmet strap and shoulder strap. The shoulder strap was not fit for purpose. I contacted them at the time and was ignored. They have now released a new package with a new shoulder strap with the issue addressed so I contacted them again to request a swap and they said they would but I had to return my shoulder strap, helmet strap and pay and additional £17 to receive the corrected shoulder strap. I wasn't happy with this but their attitude was take it or leave it. They got extremely rude, childish and offensive. I left a review of my experience and they blocked me from their Facebook so their future customers won't see my experience with them.
