Tests have taken a month to dispatch and are now too late. Had to make alternative arrangements.
The Operative with whom spoke on the phone lied to me on two separate occasions saying that DPD had tried to deliver them.
They could not produce any evidence to support that.
Only today 30 days after order did I receive a shipping notification that they have been dispatched.
I am trying to get a refund which they are refusing and will unfortunately end with action by my credit card company or a court claim.
