The instructions were clear. The customer service at direct order blinds was absolutely fantastic. They respond quickly to messages and explain everything so clearly. I was unsure of how the handles would work but they explained how to add handle spaces which literally took minutes to fit. So happy with them. Going to order some more blinds tomorrow.
