All staff are very welcoming, polite, helpful and the shop floor are always full of smiles and nothing is too much of you need help. I attend the indoor cycling on a Thursday and Sunday and I really enjoy the sessions. Instructors are clear and informative so you know what to expect (which I need 🤣). They have also supported myself and team (the Living With & Beyond Cancer team) with the launch of the Macmillan HOPE programme for cancer patients who are finishing treatment. The venue has given them the confidence to join the CanRehab exercise referral scheme by being able to get their foot through the door. Ginny has been supportive in attending the sessions to discuss and answer questions they have had and put their minds at ease. A huge step for anyone living with a cancer diagnosis. Thank you Halo!! I would highly recommend my Halo centre, I have been a member since about 2012 and wouldn’t go elsewhere.
