Stumbled across this product and instantly I was drawn to the fact it could help with poor sleep and anxiety which Ive struggled with for over a year (associated with menopause) amongst all the other qualities it claimed it was good for. Well after some research and reading all the amazing reviews I took the leap and purchased my first bottle. Just wow! I did have a couple of nights of headache when I first tried the spray but it completely stopped the bedtime anxiety and have been falling to sleep within half hour of going to bed.
