Whatever your issue is with the products that you paid but didn't get, they will never provide a solution or even accept their mistakes. Only will let you know you are not entitled to any refund.
This company has an option of customize the baskets but be aware they will do it for you... Changing as they consider without letting you know. Even when it can be understandable, they don't offer any kind of solution, even you are paying a great amount of money for a basket.
Customer service replied fast but wasn't useful at all.
