Contact through Messenger was their salvation and the staff also showed great integrity by upholding a discount offer that disappeared before anything was applied. Now, to sort out the spurious shopping cart reminders that need sorting/cancelling. I messaged after the third time and they promised to sort it out. I got two more (4th and 5th emails) regarding the cart but couldn't see the point in pointing them out- the point had been made, and acted upon. I have to believe this is just a glitch.
