I had purchased an awesome watch from you but the wooden ring around the face of the watch fell off and vanished. (Why it falls off or even disconnects from the watch is a mystery!!) I would really like to purchase the replacement ring but I cannot seem to speak or connect with anyone within your company.
Please guide me to someone that can help. I am a fan of your products just would appreciate some tender loving care. Thanks!
