I ordered a trailer and received a tracking number. When the product dod not arrive on time I enquired with the transport agent and they told me that they were not responsible as they passed it on to an unknown delivery service. I get a call from the delivery service person and they have mixed up the order he tries to give me a hot tub cover which I have never ordered. So I try to chat with a homedepot agent and they just close the conversation without any proper response. Now I have been charged for the trailer and they have no idea where my trailer is .
