The worst ever racist Customer Experience Manage I found in life is Mr DON Cox in 600 Fanshawe Park Road Home Depot. Yesterday, I returned a blind to the customer return session which was not functioning well. It has a life time warranty on it. Diane, who was there at the time asked me to leave it there and would do the needful. This morning I received a call from a female voice telling me that she is the session HEAD and could not find the sticker on the blind. I have no clues. I have been shopping in this store for long many years..and have no clue what that would mean.
I had met this lady a couple of days prior to taking it here and made sure that it is returnable and she promised she would repair it or replace it.
Today she called me to say she is going to throw this away as it cant be repaired or replaced due to reasons only know to her. She told me in threatening language 'dont talk nonsense' . Reporting this DON Cox immediately was the most disastrous experience- He as he looks a ferocious and aggressive mannered 'customer service manage ( as he claimed) - was not willing to listen nor do some enquiries about it. His facial expressions to me appeared impolite and mannerless. He was trying to justify the 'female voice' claiming 'she may have..... she might have..... she is not the manager.... we will not take any action against her..... and so on. Within me I was laughing at his unpatching profession and character.
All my blinds were brought from Home Depot, and a couple of years ago a gentle man had replace it for me without any hurdles.
DOn Cox might have been under influence of some drugs or alcohol to have spoken ion the manner in which presented. He was very dramatic ... closing eyes.... drowsy.... unfriendly....
This was not the Home Depot usually.... How come Home Depot is tolerating such people as these. I am almost guessing that Mr Don Cox and the female voice did the dirty talk together over the phone. As he was not surprised when I reported the ill-versed tel. talk.
Is Home Depot at 600 Fanshawe Park is stooping down to too mean standards by employing these 'little lilliputians'- Get these rotten employees away and save the Home Depot. I pray that Home Depot can reverse back to professionalism and gentleness. customers doesn't want to see it as 'Conflict Depot... rather a Home Depot.....
