My issue is not with the sales person. He went beyond what i had expected. It was the customer service at leila in winnipeg to which i was transfered. The first transfer had a phone ring wigh no answer for more than 5 min. I wax not hanging up because ofvthe issue. It was ended after 2 people connect and disconnected without conversation. I called again only to get a statement they would contact the saleman and get back to me. It has been over 4 hours with no contact from customer service. The salesman has called numerous time to see how he can help. I would like to name him here but nnot too sure how it would be received. I did send an email directly to him thanking him for his effort and time.
If my return to buy was based on customer service i would not br in yhat store agsin. I appreciate customer service when it is good.
I work hard for my money and do not appreciate being treated like a dollar sign with money coming out of my ears. When i buynits not wigh money to dpare its with decisionz about whatbi can give up to makevghis purchase sonits nice to have a salesman that understands th.at
