After all these years their online ordering still sucks. My wife places an order refusing the recommended address and leaving the real address, but when the stuff ships, the label is always to the recommended address and it is misdelivered. Customer service is useless, unempowered to do anything like assure the proper address is on the shipping label, and it sounds like it is from a boiler room in the Philippines from people who don't even work directly from Home Depot. The stores aren't much better, and I find myself opting for Lowes as my primary stop for home improvement.
