Needed a service call for an appliance purchased and delivered less than 48 hours after delivery. Was on chat with representative for an hour, it was at least 10 minutes between replies, obviously rep was working many calls at the same time. Rep offered to schedule a service call, and did so. Service never called me, nor did they show up. Just be aware that if you buy an appliance from Home Depot, you are on your own for service.
