i am disgusted with your company. i placed an online order #233409656, paid via paypal, then home depot cancelled the order without providing a reason, and sent an email to advise of the cancellation. what you did NOT do is cancel/void the pending charge with paypal, so now my visa has a reduced credit availability of the order amount of $789.87. papal has indicated they keep/hold pending authorizations for 29 days. if you intend to block this credit on my visa for 29 days via paypal, there will be legal action taken against home depot, as well as a great deal of negative publicity via social media, a complaint through the better business bureau, as well as through the Ontario Ministry of Consumer Protection- get this fixed immediately - i spent almost 40 minutes on hold earlier today trying to reach someone about tis, nobody ever came on the line
