I recently used the Home Depot credit card for some purchases, and my experience was a nightmare. Each time I called their credit card customer service, I encountered unhelpful representatives who were more interested in repeating the same information rather than addressing my actual concerns. It was frustrating and disappointing to deal with grumpy people who wouldn't listen or try to understand the issue I was facing. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the Home Depot credit card to others. It was one of the worst interactions I've had with a credit service.
