I was at Home Depot today at 50 red maple rd Richmond Hill Ontario
I was looking for a replacement part for my faucet
2 males served me. Both of them are lazy and don’t seem like to help. Not even looking further, they kept saying they cannot find it and they don’t know what it is.
I insisted that they keep looking as I got that 3 months ago
Eventually I got the product
But I would say it’s terrible customer service. They don’t want to work and they don’t even want to try
I hope this does not reflect on the other employees
