Bought an item October 11. Guaranteed delivery October 18th. Never even shipped. Showed up on my credit card statement 7 weeks later. No communication what so ever and no refund until I spent 40 minutes of my day talking to a bot to fight for my money back. Wonder how many people don't or don't know they were charged that gives HD free profits without any contract fulfilled. They need to donate all that money to charity instead of rich owners pockets.
