I purchased a fridge on Jan 26. Was told delivery would be on the 30th. Delivery was confirmed the prior evening for the 30 of January. No one showed up all day. No phone call to advise me of a problem.
After having made numerous calls, I was told the delivery company would contact me to reschedule. No phone call. On the 31 of January I made more phonecalls to try to trace my shipment. Finally a sales associate went above and beyond and was able to confirm a delivery date for Monday February 3rd.
Ive lost 3 days of work and food in the fridge because of this situation.
Not pleased at all.
