Terrible communication for delivery. They give a time frame of “8 am to 12 pm”. Great, except the delivery company isn’t told this, and when I mentioned they must be running late, I was told they don’t even leave their depot until 10:30 am, and they have no time assigned for any one. Had two appliances delivered on two different dates, and both were a nightmare. I never did receive the confirmation call for delivery on the second one, which resulted in me calling 5 times and given 5 different answers. So frustrating!! The delivery guys themselves were awesome though! My complaint is all on Home Depot. We consumers are spending a lot, and deserve better customer service than what we receive.
