I am appalled at your consumer service. I noticed straight away after my order that I had the wrong address. Within minutes (following instruction from your website) I contacted you to change it. However, you still sent it to the wrong address. You then refused to help me at all and sent me very abrupt messages that that was it. you won’t help me. I fully understand that I put in the wrong address but you website information is wrong, and then your further emails to me ignoring my pleas and did absolutely nothing. I can’t be the only person this has happened to.
