I was amused to see a request to review this company. My order was shipped quickly via Amazon Shipping. Amazon delivered my items to the wrong address which was confirmed and evidenced through GPS. Instead of sending me a replacement or giving me a refund, they asked me to try and retrieve it from the property it appeared to be delivered too. Jessica then blamed me, for not going out of my way to resolve the issue. To cut a long story short this resulted in a back and forth going on for a number of days. They tried to state my address was incomplete. It wasn't. When that didn't work they said my name wasn't on the shipping label which was my fault and that's why it was delivered incorrectly. Nobody could prove what was on the shipping label, but the information on my order confirmation was complete and correct. The responses from Jessica were increasingly, rude and unprofessional. It got to the point I was going to file a dispute via my card issuer and said I didn't want to discuss it any further. I then received an extremely unprofessional, anatagonistic e-mail from Jessica. As a result I sought independant advice which confirmed that I was in the right and Home Teeth Whitening were very much in the wrong. It was escalating to a legal issue or trading standards being made aware. It was only when I informed Jessica I had sought independant advice and this was now a potential legal issue did she stop sending me petty e-mails and sent me the replacement I was legally entitled too. The replacement was shipped via Royal Mail and I received it with no issues and the address label was correct and complete reflecting my order confirmation. This is without a doubt the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I advise you to order elsewhere. I also advise this company to provide some intense customer service training to their staff and to sack whoever Jessica is. I did leave a review on Trustpilot, the responses to negative reviews on there including mine are also unprofessional. Negative reviews make them angry but people deserve to know how companies behave.
