I recently purchased some Hi-Viz Clothing, and while the overall experience was positive, there were a few areas for improvement. The customer service was excellent—friendly, responsive, and very helpful whenever I had questions or concerns about my order. However, the major downside was the dispatch time. It took 13 days for my order to be dispatched, which felt quite slow, especially compared to other companies I've used.
In summary, great customer service but the delivery process could use some speeding up. JRS provides good support.
