Excellent in every way but only 4 stars because every time I order a refill, you automatically put it back on auto refill and I have to call or send email to take it off auto refill. I ordered my cats medicine and before I even received it, I got an email saying the next refill was ready to be shipped!! No where on website to take it off auto fill. Very annoying. Otherwise great price, shipping and experience! Thanks
