What can I say? The service was excellent! This wasn't the leave a message and we will message back. After placing my order, I received phone call, which I missed, they eventually after a message from me. The delivery went as planned, no problems at all. We had never installed this type of flooring before, it was fun, it was frustrating, but it was definately worth it. Since the floor was finished, I have had several comments, from friends, family, and other visitors. Everyone loves it, the fact that we installed it making it even better for us. I would definately say, lovely people to work with and the product, well everyone loves it, what more can I say!!. Next time I move, I will be back looking for my next floor. These guys are the best.
