I bought a range of beautiful stationery for my desk at my new job and couldn't be happier. It looks beautiful. Am also so impressed with the functionality of having refillable notebooks and notepads as it used to be a frustration having to buy a whole new notebook. I ordered a new diary and, unfortunately, the front cover got squished in the post, even though it was very well packaged. The Martha Brook customer service team were fab! They were quick to respond to my message and offered for me to send it back and they'll replace the cover, or to send me a cover with detailed instructions on replacing it myself. The new cover arrived and it was so easy to do. I am one very happy customer and constantly tempted to buy more, even though I don't need more.
