Our first time using this service, we had to wait 25 minutes to get our car back. We used them again as we thought this was just unfortunate because they said they were busy. This was a dreadful mistake. We were a party with a couple of families. We had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for the cars to be returned. We had small children. When they did arrive, one was badly damaged. The driver smelt of cannabis and when confronted about the damage, stormed off swearing repeatedly. This was in front of our small children and all the other people that were in the area. Just keep getting fobbed off re the damage . DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE WE HAVE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
