Draught excluder door brush seal arrived damaged (probably caused by postman trying to shove a 3' package thru the letterbox). After providing photo evidence, DoorHandle's customer service team agreed immediately and without quibble to dispatch another, free of charge, which arrived swiftly and safely (packaged more robustly). A helpful, courteous company that clearly values its customers... I will definitely buy from them again.
