I purchased a green crystal drawer knob with a chrome base, then I saw one on the website with a brass base (which is what I needed), so I purchased that one too. The next day I contacted the store to cancel the first drawer knob and the staff were extremely helpful and refunded my money, for the first drawer knob, without any fuss, and the one I needed was posted and delivered within two days. Wonderful. Thanks guys!!!
