Brilliant service and a quality product. Purchased Carlisle Brass Victorian Scroll handles and Zoo latches. Yes, they are more expensive than the local DIY store, but the quality is far superior. Also, customer services were very helpful when I needed some advice prior to purchase. Standard delivery took 2 days, packaging was excellent and almost all recyclable.
