Very good service; handles came overnight on DPD. I had a panic because I thought that I had ordered the wrong latch length, and that these would not fit in place of my original Weisser knobsets. I had already unpacked both pairs. I rang and spoke to James, who assured me that these latches are adjustable, and I was able then to fit both very quickly and easily - the Bala latch is actually slightly longer than the Weisser original, but that was easy to sort out.
