After an initial hiccup which was a result of Royal Mail and a staff member who forgot to ring me back, Carl the account manager saved the day with excellent customer service. It was only a small order and he could have just brushed the problem aside but he didn't, he went out of his way to make sure I got the goods I needed. Thank you for going that extra mile.
