I gave up alcohol eight months ago, and have tried so many replacements, this Switchel is the best yet, and my search is now over. It allows me to continue my end of day ritual to have a drink and breathe. Other purchases have been too sweet or too fizzy, or just not stronly flavoured enough for my tastes. This ticks the sour alcohol zipp I loved so much. I make it in the same glasses I used for alcohol and mixing and fixing makes me smile every time.
