My Westie has a combination of deteriorating eyesight (diabetes related) and slight arthritis. I just wanted something that meant I can help her occasionally going down steps etc. I had begun to carry her but knew this would end up with me having back problems. I did try a different couple of harnesses but had to send them back as they were just too complicated! So thank you. Harness is great. Hope I’ve uploaded the photo ok
