Love the look of these doors. Customer service is great until you have a problem and they dont want to know unless you pay 300 pounds for them to even look 10 year guarantee worthless. These doors cost a lot of money a bifold door that wont open is just a glass wall. I would not recommend this company purely because of there utterly terrible aftercare service. Well to be honest its non existent.
Even thinking of confronting them at one of the shows they are attending only way to see a human or speak to them. All Done via email. Not Good Enough New Wave.
