Refused to take an email from my last insurance company as proof of no claims.
No customer service telephone number.
A virtually useless website that sends you round and round in circles.
No option to cancel online and no way of taking to anyone other than the live chat. Which was slow and clunky.
Just amending this review to 3 stars from 1 due to them taking the time to call offering some of my money back.
