Service from Ryan (RG4) was great. I hadn't realised when I took out the policy the commuting was not included in the policy. I contacted to look at cancelling as the option to do it online is either not showing or well hidden. Ryan gave me the information needed to cancel and also advised they could quote to add commuting. It turned out it cost no extra to add commuting (which made even less sense as to why it is not included as standard). Ryan sorted out adding it on and taking my wife's no claims into account. Ryan deserves 5 stars but the craziness of not including something that then costs no extra to add deserves maybe 1 star.
