Slow start via live chat and then the agent AP7 managed to resolve my query to my satisfaction. I guess live chat is not as effective as talking to an agent. but AP7 did her best to help.
Good job.
On a different note, the portal is slow, live chat is slow and certainly the documents uploaded for me on the portal has figures overwritten. Alignment issue. Hope you will resolve this.
