Customer service is fast and friendly and I really appreciate you reparing my clock in stead of trashing it. I think that is a great way to opperate a business. I bought the clock during or just after the original funding push and it has been great every since. I had a slight issue lately with the alarm not sounding; however, there were clear and helpful instructions easily found on the website. Sadly my older clock needed to visit the workshop, but now it is back and as good as new! The mailing and repair process was super easy and very fast. I really appreciate that they keep an older clock out in the world via repaining it, instead of just sending a new one.
