I have recently moved my car insurance to ONE PROTECT the procedure was simple and quick. I would have marked at five stars if a direct dial telephone number had been included with the policy. I understand that liaison electronically (email) reduces the cost of the quote/cover, however a safety net of an agent on the other end of a phone line would, in my opinion be an added benefit. I am aware that there is a phone contact claims number, my suggestion is for every day enquiries.
